 Clues / Working Hypothesis Since it seems likely the write up on Moses accidental death was probably done by his son Harvey or someone surviving with first hand knowledge of Betty's death, it would be relatively safe to assume the 1936 is probably the target year. Tasks / Places to Look Since the family moved back and forth from KY to WV (across the Tug river) throughout their lives any searches should probably be for both states.
